What's wrong with Spain?

Out of the possible 14 points(country ranking), Spanisch teams got only 7.
All 3 teams in UC will have a very difficult game in 2 weeks time.
For me this is surprising.
What do you think?

I wouldn't say there something wrong with Spain ,
in UC draw was not that good for Spanish teams.
Betis has won, Malaga was just number 10 in Spain
last year and against England's 4th team Leeds Utd
(e.g game between 1-3 ranks) the result wasn't surprising. Same with Celta against Scotish champ.
Celtic in away game (by the way Celta "still"has chances to go in next round).

I agree with vakho, the UC draw was probably the hardest possible, and in CL only Valencia's result is worse than logical (but they did deserve a win). But as I have said elsewhere in this forum, I think that deffensive football is becoming more important for big Spanish teams and we are approaching at the so-called "Italian-way football". As an example, the three matches in the Spanish league between Barcelona, Madrid and Deportivo were very boring; they only tried to defend the 0-0. Although it is very soon, I only see Barcelona as clear quarterfinalists in CL, and would not put my money on any Spanish side in this round of UC.
