| Obvioesly it makes no big difference, but I have this question.
In Berts tabel, normally only teams that are 100% certain are taken into account. I see in that table that Rudar Pljevlja is taken as CW/LC and hence certain to play in Europe because the opponent has no European Licence. But I thought that LC only got into Europe if the CW was qualified to play ChL, which is not the case here.
So in my opinion, Rudar is not certain for UC, but could fall to UIC if they don't win the cup.
Where did I go wrong. |

| But UEFA.com isn't always right - is it?
I must admit that I didn't know that a cup loser (rather than the next team in the league) replaces a club that doesn't get a licence. Is that always the case - or has it never happened before? |

| badgerboy, I cannot remember that it happened before. Usually the next league entrant takes the spot. That would mean (current standing) that FK Grbalj should take the UEFA Cup spot. |

Edited by: Floridian at: 24-05-2007, 00:20 | Last year Jenis Astana, Kazakh cup winner, did not get the UEFA license and was replased by Kairat Almaty, cup finalist. However this does not prove much, as Kairat was also the third team in the league, and therefore could have gotten UEFA cup spot due to their league position.
More general question though - if such situation is not specified in the UEFA cup regulations, could it be that UEFA will leave the ultimate decision to the country federation? |

| From UEFA Cup 2006/07 regulations, 1.09:
A club which has qualified on sporting merit but is not allowed to enter the competition because it has not obtained a licence will be replaced by a club nominated by the national association on the basis of the rankings in the top domestic league championship (or by the runners-up of the domestic cup competition if the cup winners need to be replaced) and on condition that the club concerned is licensed for the corresponding season. |

| Why have Montenegran clubs got a coefficient of 0.000.
They were part of Yugo then S&M. Surely that must count for something? |

| "Why have Montenegran clubs got a coefficient of 0.000".
It might if a Montenegrin club had scored any coefficient points in the past five years. They haven't though. |
