If they lose the UC final (but not by penalty shootout) they are sure to be seeded in pot 3. In case of a penalty shootout it depends on other events.

Yes, because the winner of the CL is already directly qualified for the groupstage via their league (Manchester United and Chelsea are both in the top 2 in England), now also the champion of country ranked 10th (=Scotland) is directly qualified for the groupstage.
The runner-up of the Scottish league has to start in QR 2. |
