| Will England and France still send League Cup winners to the UEFA Cup 2009-2010? If so, in which qualifying round will they start?
The National Cup winner will start in QR4. Two spots remain, one for the League Cup winner and one for the best placed team from the League not qualified to the Champions League (5th in England, 4th in France). One of them will start in QR4 and the other in QR3.
Was it published somewhere, which one of them in which round?
Since the League Cup in both countries start in mid-August, this may be interested... |

| having 3 UEFA Cup slots for 2009-10, will Scottish FA apply for UEFA Cup slot for their league CW (as it was already the case back in 1990s)? |
