1> Bankrupt
2> Relegated or excluded by domestic FA
3> Excluded by UEFA
4> Punished by UEFA: Signing Voluntry Agreement (like PSG, City, Inter, AC did) means being break-even in 3 years.
5> Still on UEFA's radar

And from all those clubs, some will be bought by a (new) oligarch.

Then you know lot's of outgoing transfers to come ;-)
Would be great. But I am afraid it it will take some help from more users.

I can say in Denmark all clubs are fine in the top flight.
(one 2nd tier team have gone bankrupt)

So if people copy this list and add what they know, maybe?
Guess we will only add top flight teams, or?

Bulgarian: CSKA Sofia (punished by?)
Denmark: All fine.
Greece: All teams except Olympiakos and Panathinaikos?
Latvia: Skonto Riga (punished by?)
Netherlands: Twente (relegated by domestic FA)
Turkey: Galatsary (punished by UEFA)
Ukrainian: Dnipro? (punished by UEFA)

CSKA are banned from UEFA for failing to pay an earlier fine for breaching the FFP rules. The club is also currently in administration so I believe it is impossible to get a license for professional football or to cover the requirements for participation in Europe anyway.

Twente isn't relegated (yet) as punishment. So far they are just banned to take part in Europe for 3 years.

They might still lose their professional licence also (more will be known early May), which might send them into 4th level.

Denmark: All fine (Vestsjælland bankrupt in 2nd tier).
England: Cardiff (failed FFP, transferban), Hull City (FFP investigations)
France: Monaco (FFP investigations)
Germany: Wolfsburg (FFP investigations)
Greece: All teams in trouble except Olympiakos and Panathinaikos?
Italy: Roma and Inter Milan (Both under FFP investigations)
Latvia: Skonto Riga (Financial problems, didn't obtain either domestic or UEFA licens)
Netherlands: Twente (banned from UEFA competitions 3 years. Under investigation by domestic FA)
Norway:
Poland:
Portugal: Sporting Clube (FFP investigations)
Romania:
Russia: Lokomotiv Moscos and Dynamo Moscow (Both under FFP investigations) Krasnodar (FFP investigations)

I need to say I only know about the Danish situation. The rest I see as a puzzle trying to put together. Feel free to help/correct/add! :)

Sorry if there is mistakes (there probally is)

I heard more clubs are under investigation for recruiting illegal youngsters, but don't remeber which.
Should we use this thread for this also?

Illegal recruiting caused some bans, Barcelona, so those are interesting as well. This is part of the TPO problem causing human trafficking.

Also Rostov in Russia is having problems, might be suspended. Dynamo Moscow currently is suspended. The Milanese clubs signed Voluntary agreements. This is after investigation, warnings and no signs of improvement. Now the signed to comply with a break-even budget. Currently Genoa is excluded for UEFA football as well. Problems in Turkey are much bigger: i.e. Bursaspor and Besiktas. Same for Ukraine, i.e. MEtalist Karkiv and chernomets.

So mostly, punishments are a process. Currently, UEFA is more harsh since now most FA's have better rules.

About Greece most teams are ok, Olympiakos,Panathinaikos, PAOK and Asteras Tripolis definetely wont have any problems,
AEK probably wont have any problem, Panionios and PAS Giannena probably wont get a licence, all the other teams should be okay too in case they can qualify for Europe.

According to the news, licences for the greek teams will be decided until April 29, so as to determine which teams will participate in the play-offs starting the following week.

I guess they will be AEK, Panathinaikos, PAOK and the team finishing 6th.

You know the course of this.

Financial problems and domestic license or FFP by UEFA?

In 2013-14 from Bosnia and Herzegovina not only did third placed Borac Banja Luka failed to get a license for European competition, but fourth placed Čelik Zenica, fifth placed Olimpic Sarajevo (who did get a license two years later for European competition), seventh placed Slavija Sarajevo and eight placed Leotar Trebinje as well. That is the reason why ninth placed Zrinjski Mostar played UEFA Europa League in that season as they were the best placed team who got a European licence. Široki Brijeg (sixth placed) secured their European spot through winning the national cup. Aside of those four clubs (Željezničar, Sarajevo, Široki Brijeg and Zrinjski), only Zvijezda Gradacac and Velez Mostar did get a European licence as well (Zvijezda Gradacac only after an appeal; Borac, Celik and Olimpic didn't get the license even after appeal) which means from 16 clubs playing the league in the season 2012-13 only sixth were eligable to get a European license.
