There's no ban of any kind on Sporting CP. On the contrary, they were quite active in the January transfer window and are already targeting players for next season.

Ok, well I still don't fully get the graphic, but I assume Sporting CP will have some kind of restrictions on the amount of A-players in UEFA competition nonetheless.

Today it was anounced that FC Utrecht might not get a European licence. They filed a protest already.
Tomorrow they play the return of the finals of the EL-play-offs versus Heracles Almelo.

So it could be that Heracles Almelo will qualify for EL no matter if they win tomorrow or not.

Why do you think that.

Sporting had problems in the past because of wrong leadership but under the new president and his team - elections like in Spain - they started to recover and for the moment I have the impression that we have the hardest part behind us. Maybe that the cash-flow could be a little problem but they will deal with it. Let's see which players will leave Sporting CP and for how much. I hope that the Sportinguistas are smart enough to re-elect the current president and his team. Next year there are again elections.

Some time ago UEFA published an update on the clubs with problems with the FFP rule and there was said that Sporting CP was out of the problems.

You're welcome. At that time Sporting CP was on the way to bankrupcy now they are climbing out of that hole and I think they're on the right track. I hope the socio's see that and choose to continue this way and re-elect the president's list next year. Yes he has made mistakes but every president makes mistakes but the right choices are a lot more then the mistakes he and his team have done.

December 2015: http://www.uefa.org/protecting-the-game ... sanctioned
İnter Bakı, Braga, Târgu-Mures, Astra, Botoşani and Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk have received sanctions

18 januari 2016: http://www.uefa.org/protecting-the-game ... 25368.html
* Hull City, Panathinaikos and Sporting CP have exited the settlement regime
* Galatasaray breached settlement agreement.
* Hapoel Tel-Aviv (Israel), Ruch Chorzów (Poland), Rostov (Russia) and Kardemir Karabükspor (Turkey) will maybe comply.

20 may 2016: http://www.uefa.org/protecting-the-game ... 66661.html
* settlement agreements with FC Astana, GNK Dinamo Zagreb, Fenerbahçe SK and Trabzonspor AŞ.
* Hapoel Tel-Aviv (Israel), Ruch Chorzów (Poland), Rostov (Russia) have exited the settlement regime

Some other ongoing settlemaent agreements containing Besiktas, inter, Krasnodor, Lokomotiv Moskou,
monaco, Roma, CSKA Sofia: http://www.uefa.org/MultimediaFiles/Dow ... WNLOAD.pdf

Next announchements by the end of june.
* Kardemir Karabükspor (TUR) didn't comply so they will be punished. Same is for Galatasaray (already banned).
note: Inter and AC Milan are still not in compliance and some news can be expected as well.

To be complete, I'll add punishments related to Club Licensing: http://www.uefa.org/MultimediaFiles/Dow ... WNLOAD.pdf
2015 roundup: http://www.uefa.org/MultimediaFiles/Dow ... WNLOAD.pdf

So both FFP and club licensing news will come by the end of June. I believe, soon FIFA should also come with TPO punishments.

In this point I've come to the idea that rules should be equal for everybody. Not for the ones who have better lawyers. Every team should be self-sustainable, that means, they could only spend based on their revenue coming from sports results (fans, stadium, merchandising, tv money, prize money). There sould not be allowed any exterior investments by billionaries or TPO or whatsoever. TV money and prize money should be more evenly distributed balancing the skewness of fan numbers and merchandising, allowing most teams to compete based on their ability to form and raise players, attract fans to the stadium, and obtaining results in the pitch.
Play fair and square!

Any information where will play their home games all clubs with stadiums that are not approved for ECT?

For example:

Slavia Sofia BUL will play at "Vasil Levski" Stadium in Sofia;
AS Trencin SVK will play at "Pod dubnom" Stadium in Zilina;
etc.
AGAINST MODERN FOOTBALL!!!

How is it, there is no different between the stadium requirements for the qualification stages and the group stage?
