it will be a dramatic fight between krasnodar, terek and rostov.
all the three will not play home games in the last two rounds.

i bet on krasnodar to do it with that 3 points at tomsk in the last game.

Krasnodar play Zenit, Terek play Spartak, both away. If both lose and Rostov win at Anzhi a draw will suffice in the last round in Orenburg. The tiebreaker is the number of wins.

Krasnodar 46 points, 11 wins (Zenit away, Tomsk away)
Terek 45 points, 13 wins (Spartak away, Krylya away)
Rostov 45 points, 12 wins (Anzhi away, Orenburg away)

Tom Tomsk 0 - 2 Krylya Sovetov Samara
FC Orenburg 1 - 1 FC Ufa
Ural 1 - 2 Lokomotiv Moscow
Anzhi Makhachkala 1 - 2 FC Rostov
Arsenal Tula 0 - 0 Amkar
Rubin Kazan 0 - 2 CSKA Moscow
Spartak Moscow 3 - 0 Terek Grozny
Zenit St. Petersburg 1 - 0 FC Krasnodar

After 29 rounds: just as I hoped for, Rostov need a draw to reach Europe!

1. Spartak 69
2. CSKA 59
3. Zenit 58
4. Rostov 48
5. Krasnodar 46
6. Terek Grozny 45
7. Lokomotiv 42
8. Ufa 40
9-10. Rubin Kazan, Amkar 35
11-12. Anzhi, Ural 30
13. Krylya Sovetov Samara 28
14. Orenburg 27
15. Arsenal Tula 25
16. Tom Tomsk 14

For seeding purposes, it's better for Russia that Krasnodar goes in though. Also, wasn't Rostov struggling with the payments back around the tie against Mounited? Financial difficulties and European cup duties don't mix well...

I think Krasnodar is the worst case among the three. This team simply doesn't know how to win tough games.

Krasnodar have over 36 points and Rostov over 23 in the ranking, but looks like even 23 points will be enough to be seeded in the 4th qualifying round. As for the financial difficulties, hard to predict, but Rostov performed admirably against all odds. They were knocked out from the CL by Atletico Madrid and Bayern, from the EL by MU! Not many people gave them chances, but they marched on through Anderlecht and Ajax to the CLGS where they drew twice against PSV Eindhoven and beat Bayern (!) in Rostov. Sparta Praha became their next victim in the last 32 of the EL. In my mind they absolutely deserve another shot in Europe and I`ve nothing against Krasnodar.

Krasnodar just miserable is this last four games,2 points from 12 enough said.

well if they not play in europe next season maybe they can fight for the title like rostov did last year.

Rostov have financial problems but if they qualify for europe maybe thery will solve them.

Krasnodar is a stable financialy club, rostov no.So more important for rostov to get into europe than krasnodar.

Well Rostov only needs one point now to get into europe.

still they play against orenburg away who is fighting to avoid relegation.

i think krasnodar will win at tomsk so rostov if loses is out of europe.

Speaking of the 2nd tier, we have a classic in Dinamo Moscow coming back to where they belong (they didn't go the way of FC Moscow at least) and Tosno (first time in the top flight?). I find myself rooting for the Vostok (East) teams, and we have Yenisey Krasnoyarsk (not vostok per se but they're comparatively far into the east) already in the promotion playoffs, SKA Khabarovsk needing a draw against Tambov so as to not be leapfrogged by their direct rivals for the other playoff spot, and Luch battling against relegation (I haven't done the math but the congestion in that zone of the table suggests to me that a draw would suffice) into the last matchday.

Khabarovsk - Tambov 2:2, and with this point Khabarovsk secured 4th spot and with it a place in the play offs.
