Southgate is watching him so he couldn't be motivated more. Despite Rangers losing, Butland is playing really well, had a few great saves. It's Rangers defenders who look very nervous today.

Hart had a double save at the end, but he's retiring at the end of the season. Butland in the England squad wouldn't bother me at all. Regularly makes big saves for Rangers.
