Re: Champions League 2017-2018 play-off round

Qarabağ (AZE) - København (DEN) [34% - 66%] -The Azeri champions are here for their first time ever. They have become a very reliable team and they always perform better than expected , being a victim of surprise not even once. -København struggled against Vardar but finally triumphed. They are no ...

Re: Champions League 2017-2018 play-off round

Maribor's chance to qualify got higher as Beer-Sheva most significant player, the defender Miguel Vitor is out indefinitely with a (probably) torn ACL. In addition, another 4-5 players are injured and one is suspended.

Re: Israeli Premier League - 2015/16

What's happening to Hapoel Tel-Aviv? They have 9 points deducted and i read they are in financial crisis... Yes. During recent years, the owners of the club (they were coming and going) managed the team carelessly and in the end, they went bankrupt. Most of the players agreed to help the club and c...

Re: [DRAW] Europa League - Group Stage 2016/17

They are rebuilding their Bloomfield stadium. OK, and there is not a 2nd stadium in Tel Aviv? Well, I see Netanya is not that far, so should be possible to get back from there to Tel Aviv after the match I guess. Yes. Netanya is located near road number 2, which is also getting to Tel Aviv. Like 20...

Can I say something about the pitch in Split? It was awful! I cannot understand howcome Uefa approves that field. The grass was ruined.

Re: Champions League Play-offs

Porto - Roma 1-1 I didn't see the game, but 1-1 seems a decent result, especially because Roma played in 10 for all the second half. Dundalk - Legia 0-2 The dream is over. I read a report, Dundalk were a bit unlucky with the penalty. Well, there's Europa League. Probably the BATE match was the matc...

Re: [DRAW] Europa League - 1st and 2nd QR

Beitar had a good season in Israel. They cannot run for the championship because their budget is much lower than Maccabi TA and Hapoel Beer Sheva. Their best player left the club. I would say Beitar are favorites, but since the game is played so early during the season, I would expect a close tie. I...

Re: Champions League 2015-2016 Play-off round

So I guess I have to give congratulations to Maccabi. In short, they were very lucky and very efficient and I guess it's an old football truth that if you don't score them... Still, I'm very unhappy with the referee again this match who was very gunshy about blowing his whistle. It simply isn't foo...

And the Atmosphere issue is the main reason why Israel will not host in our biggest stadium, Ramat Gan. We host Bosnia in Haifa's new stadium which has a capacitiy of 30,000. And other matches will be taken place in Jerusalem, which now can host almost 35,000 spectators.
