Yes but the UEFA ranking does not really reflect the strenght of a team perfectly. I doubt Zrinjski would be considered among the 3 worst options to draw for a seeded team by ELO. The game Lincoln - Larne will be played in...the Portugal stadium "Estadio Algarve", in the city of Faro. No Gibraltar stadium is able to host a Play-off game. So it's a neutral venue, and i think Larne fans will be the majority in the (mostly empty) stadium. Luck is really on Larne's side...
