In fact, I don't have anything against drawing group of teams instead of a single team - that makes the entire procedure much easier and faster. Now that said, the drawing is very unclear if you do not know the rules for grouping the teams before the draw (Q1 draw) or do not know the grouping at all (Q2 draw). Btw., I still can't find the groupings for the Q2 draw.
Do they exist? I wonder.
But I think they were supposed to be created after Qr1 draw had taken place.
They were announced in CL draw though.
I just went and watched the EL draw at uefa.com.
It seems to me that they were made 5 groups of 10 for QR1 and 8 groups of 10 for QR2.
If you take both draw results from the beginning and counting pairs 5 by 5 you will fill the groups yourself.
A good football player plays where the ball is. A great football player plays where the ball is going to be.
Personally I prefer it if they do not have little groups like in the Champions League. It means you get the same 4 or 5 teams to every year, particularly in Champions League, as the same teams often win their leagues so it gets boring.

Boring for whom?
It is a 20 minute procedure. If you dont find it interesting you can learn the results just half an hour later from your PC. If you are interested on the draw you watch it.
Everyone happy!

Do they play in the summer months in Northern Ireland? I think there was talk about it a few years back. If so, then it might be an advantage over TNS.
But in any case, I think the Danes will be too much in Round 2.
Banants or Olimpi Rustavi vs Jagllielona or Irtysh.
So the winner of the Pol/Kaz match has a great shot at Round 3.
Suduva v Elfsborg/Fola
Could it be easier for Elfsborg? If they arent in Round 3 they need a strong look at themselves.
Metalurg Skopje v Lokomotiv Sofia
Sant Julia vs Bnei Yehuda.
Again, great tie for the Israelis.
Zeljeznicar v Sherrif.
Flipping 'eck and that's a tough one to call! Sherrif will be favourites after last few seasons, but the Bosnians are a tough nut to crack.
KuPS v Gaz Metan
Minsk or AZAL v Gaziantepspor
Iskra Stal vs Varazdim or Lusitanos
New name from Croatia, I think, but ones that wont be unhappy with this draw.
Tauras v Den Haag
Whilst I am tired now, I would like to congratulate Slask Wroclaw on their Round 3 spot already.

Northern Ireland is August-May, Rep Ireland is summer football.
I agree whoever wins will probably be cannonfodder for Midjytlland in Round 2.

No,it's boring seeing the same teams or the same countries up against each other year after year, and he's right. For instance,Litex up against Montenegran opposition for the second year running.....it should be a FREE draw.
Fine, self deprecating humour man, really appreciated. I`m still able to cheer the Tartan Army, though. In that one you`re wrong, Varazdin (Varteks) is a regular in the cups in the last decade, or so.
