England are going to Wales, with Slovenia and Malta. Tricky test, but there are other harder groups.
Croatia have what looks like a really easy ride, hosting Georgia, Latvia and Kazakhstan. This is a huge opportunity for one of these three. I guess Georgia will take it, and on occasion have had genuinely strong youth teams.
There are two tough groups which stand out, Bulgaria hosting Turkey, Russia and Lithuania. Russia are surprising to see in pot 3. Another surprising team in pot 3 is Switzerland, and they're going to Scotland with Germany and Luxembourg.
