Spaeri, a second-division team in Georgia, won the domestic cup and qualified for Conference League Q1, and will make their European debut, assuming no UEFA licensing issues.
Norway: Fredrikstad completes the incredible upset in the cup final, beating Molde 5-4 on penalties after a goalless 120 minutes. They'll enter UEL Q3 and, unless they win the UECL, Molde will be without European football next season

Yeah massive loss for Norway. Might come back to haunt them in the race for the top 15 next seasonFotcalc wrote: Sat Dec 07, 2024 20:45dnina10 wrote: Sat Dec 07, 2024 18:54 Norway: Fredrikstad completes the incredible upset in the cup final, beating Molde 5-4 on penalties after a goalless 120 minutes. Now the question is how much form Fredrikstad will lose in 6,5(!) months.
Molde hasnt exactly been a golden goose for Norway this season. Even playing in the ECL, so far they only given 5 pts to Norway.dnina10 wrote: Mon Dec 09, 2024 01:07Yeah massive loss for Norway. Of course Molde has a great coefficient and would like make it in the ECL group stages, were they to participate... But I much welcome a new team Fredrikstad with a fairytale season that Molde who has been having a terrible season all around.

Valmiera, the 4th place team in the 2024 Latvian Virsliga, which would have qualified for the 2025/26 Conference League Q1, have been denied a license by the Latvian Football Federation to compete in the 2025 Latvian Virsliga due to financial problems.

There will be an appeal process, but if it fails, it will certainly mean that Valmiera will not compete in Europe next season, and the berth in Conference League Q1 will be given to the 5th place team, Daugavpils.

Valmiera are 1 of 9 clubs have won the Virsliga in the last 16 years. 5 of them no longer exist and Valmiera are now in danger of becoming the 6th.
Coefficients: Why clubs who finished Top 8 in League Stage of Champions League got 3 points each for qualifying to Top-16 instead of 1.5?
A good football player plays where the ball is. A great football player plays where the ball is going to be.

UEFA European Cup Football for all UEFA coefficients and rankings
In Greece AEK and Olympiakos have secured top4 finish at regular season so they have qualified at least at CoL-Q2. I think they are first clubs from leagues that started at summer that have qualified
