Kazakhstan:

Kairat Almaty - Kisvarda 0:1, disappointing result for the Kazakhs, now they're in a difficult situation, though not hopeless,
the winner of Molde/Elfsborg could be Kairat next opponent if they knock out Kisvarda
Kyzylzhar Petropavlovsk - Osijek 1:2, no surprise here, the favourites won,
the winner of Botev Plovdiv/APOEL meets the winner of this tie
Rakow Czestohowa - Astana 5:0, a win itself not, but the margin of it a big surprise, tie is over,
no chance for Astana, but the winner of Spartak Trnava/Newtown could have been their next opponent
Tobol - Lincoln Red Imps 2:0, Tobol the only hope of Kazakhstan not disappointed, but there's some more work to do if they want to progress,
the winner of Tirana/Zrinjski awaits Tobol in the 3rd round if they're successful

Kisvarda - Kairat 1:0, Kairat bow out against the new boys from Hungary
Osijek - Kyzylzhar 0:2, the shock upset of the round, kudos for the Kazakhs for pulling off this result, next is APOEL and they're again underdogs
Astana - Rakow 0:1, a very disappointing campaign from Astana
Lincoln - Tobol 0:1, good job from Tobol, progressing with 2 wins, next is Zrinjski about a 50/50 tie

Armenia:

Ararat Armenia - Paide 0:0, wide open tie, could go both ways,
Anderlecht wait for the winner, quite a prize!

Paide - Ararat Armenia 0:0 aet, 5:3 on penalties

Georgia:

Saburtalo - Steaua Bucuresti 1:0, big surprise, though might falls short,
the winner of Vikingur/Dunajska Streda the next opponent
Lech Poznan - Dinamo Batumi 5:0, disaster struck in Poland,
Batumi couldn't hold out until finally a lucky draw could come their way, the Vikingur Reykjavik/Dunajska Streda winner would await

Steaua - Saburtalo 4:2, Saburtalo went down fighting, they've lost in the last 10 minutes only
Dinamo Batumi - Lech Poznan 1:1, bad draws and bad luck also contributed to Batumi's fall, no team left standing from Georgia

Azerbaijan:

Fehervar - Qabala 4:1, small chance for Qabala to turn it around,
next opponent could have been the winner of Petrocub-Hincesti (MDA) / Laçi (ALB)
Aris Limassol - Neftchi Baki 2:0, only a slightly better for Neftchi,
either Rapid Wien or Lechia Gdansk might have been the next one
Zira - Maccabi Tel-Aviv 0:3, tie is over, but to be fair all 3 Azeri teams were the underdogs,
next opponent could have been Aris Salonika(Gomel)

Qabala - Fehervar 2:1, a nice good bye with a win
Neftchi Baki - Aris Limassol 3:0, that's a great result from Neftchi turning the tie around, next is Rapid Wien, even tougher test
Maccabi TA - Zira 0:0, that would be a good stand alone result, but too little too late

Moldova:

Kuopio - Milsami Orhei 2:2, another good result for Milsami, could they finish the job at home?,
Liepaja or Young Boys the next one
Petrocub - Laci 0:0, a tricky 2nd leg awaits, but Petrocub are not without chance,
next could be the winner of Fehérvár (HUN) / Gabala (AZE)

Milsami - Kuopio 1:4, Milsami resisted almost an hour, but succumbed in the last 30 minutes
Laci - Petrocub 1:4, at half time Petrocub were down, but not out, scored 4 goals in the 2nd half, their reward Fehervar in the 3rd round

Belarus:

Aris Salonika - Gomel 5:1, Gomel were doomed already at the draw, both games away, it's over,
possibly Maccabi Tel-Aviv(Zira) the next opponent
Hapoel Beer-Sheva - Dinamo Minsk 2:1, small chance for Dinamo who also play both legs away,
Lugano the next opponent for the winner
BATE - Konyaspor 0:3, tie probably over, also no home leg for BATE and all 3 were quite unlucky with the draw + no home legs,
Koper/Vaduz winner waits the successful team of this tie

Gomel - Aris Salonika 1:2, Gomel lost in the 93rd minute, but went out with 2 defeats
Dinamo Minsk - Hapoel Beer-Sheva 0:1, similar fate for Dinamo, late goal here, but 2 defeats
Konyaspor - BATE 2:0, BATE also lost both legs, only Soligorsk survived the 2nd round with a bye

Hungary:

Fehervar - Qabala 4:1, Vidi delivered, proved their favourite status,
next could be the winner of Petrocub-Hincesti (MDA) / Laçi (ALB)
Kairat Almaty - Kisvarda 0:1, pleasant surprise, hope Kisvarda won't miss out the 3rd round
tough opponent awaits, probably Molde(Elfsborg)
Guimaraes - Puskas 3:0, I didn't give Puskas much chance, they're heavy underdogs,
Hajduk Split could have been the next one.

Qabala - Fehervar 2:1, Fehervar lost, but progressed and also have a favourable draw, Petrocub await
Kisvarda - Kairat 1:0, no disappointment from Kisvarda, they finished the job, next will be much tougher, Molde
Puskas - Guimaraes 0:0, no surprise, just the paperform

Željezničar Sarajevo 1-1 Široki Brijeg
40' 1-0 Santos
90+5' 1-1 B. Vukoja

Grbavica stadium, Sarajevo
Attendance: ~8000
Report

Once again an unsatisfactory result in even better atmosphere then the first game. We were the better team and had the lead for most of the game. Our goal came in the 40th minute after a great assist from S. Stilic who passed the ball from one side of the goal to the other to Santos who scored a goal with a strong and precise shot. In the second half we had couple of more chances but we didn't score a goal from them which obviously is kinda something we need to correct. Our coach made a triple substitute in 80' which proved as a big mistake as after that Siroki Brijeg became much more dangerous and started to pressure our last line and goal. An in the last seconds our defence crumbled and Vukoja scored for Siroki Brijeg literally in the last attack of the match 10 seconds until the end which was a huge blow for us.

We play our next game tomorrow, Friday, against Velez Mostar in Gabela as the home stadium of Velez in Vrapcici, Mostar is still under reconstruction (installing of a new pitch).

They should save some goals for european games. The drought goes on!

Armenia:

Crvena zvezda - Pyunik 5:0, so, the fairy tale is over and Pyunik brought down to earth with a crash landing, next opponent probably Sheriff Tiraspol in the EL

Azerbaijan:

Qarabag - Fradi 1:1, it's not over yet, but Qarabag became the underdog, next could be Plzen if the Azeris progress if not then the winner of Shamrock Rovers/Shkupi in the EL

Moldova:

Sheriff - Plzen 1:2, Sheriff probably won't make it this time and face Pyunik Yerevan in the EL

Hungary:

Qarabag - Fradi 1:1, good chance Fradi will finish the job and face Plzen to reach the CLGS, if not then the winner of Shamrock Rovers/Shkupi await

Vitebsk-Energetik 0:3
Sluck-Isloč 2:4
Torpedo BelAZ-Neman 2:2
Dnepr-Belšina 4:3
Gomel-Arsenal 4:1
Dinamo M-Minsk 3:1
BATE-Slavia 4:0

What a round. On friday Energetik took the lead, then it was taken by Isloč the next day and today BATE retook it easily. The match of the round was in Minsk, where FK Minsk took the lead in their first attack and somehow survived until the halftime, just to be completely destroyed by Dinamo with some nice goals in the second half. In my opinion Dinamo Minsk is in the best position at the moment.

Kazakhstan:

APOEL - Kyzylzhar 1:0, the Kazakhs are still in the tie, at least on paper, a single goal loss almost an acceptable result, next opponent could be Djurgardens(Sepsi)
Zrinjski - Tobol 1:0, I give Tobol more chance to turn the tie around, but next round doesn't look very promising, Olympiakos or Slovan Bratislava

Azerbaijan:

Neftchi - Rapid Wien 2:1, a surprise win, could've been 2:0 if not for the last gasp shipped goal, next might be Konyaspor(Vaduz)

Moldova:

Fehervar - Petrocub 5:0, end of road for Petrocub, Koln could've been next

Belarus:

Soligorsk - Cluj 0:0, last men standing might be out, but if able to progress probably HJK Helsinki(Maribor) await

Hungary:

Fehervar - Petrocub 5:0, that should be enough, but next Koln might be just too much to ask for
Molde - Kisvarda 3:0, not really a surprise, but Kisvarda fought well until the 1st goal - offside - then collapsed, next might have been Gzira or Wolfsberg

Pyunik - Crvena zvezda 0:2, regardless this tie Pyunik had a good campaign and continue in the EL against Sheriff Tiraspol

Azerbaijan:

Qarabag - Fradi 1:1, it's not over yet, but Qarabag became the underdog, next could be Plzen if the Azeris progress if not then the winner of Shamrock Rovers/Shkupi in the EL
Fradi - Qarabag 1:3, kudos to Qarabag reaching the play off round, next Plzen

Moldova:

Sheriff - Plzen 1:2, Sheriff probably won't make it this time and face Pyunik Yerevan in the EL
Plzen - Sheriff 2:1, so, Sheriff couldn't repeat last year glorious campaign, they meet Pyunik in the EL PO round

Hungary:

Qarabag - Fradi 1:1, good chance Fradi will finish the job and face Plzen to reach the CLGS, if not then the winner of Shamrock Rovers/Shkupi await
Fradi - Qarabag 1:3, Fradi choked and out after a poor show, next Shamrock Rovers in the EL

Kyzylzhar - APOEL 0:0, It was nice until it lasted, a surprise they've reached the 3rd round
Tobol - Zrinjski 1:1, so, end of road for the Kazakhs, until next year

Azerbaijan:

Neftchi - Rapid Wien 2:1, a surprise win, could've been 2:0 if not for the last gasp shipped goal, next might be Konyaspor(Vaduz)

Rapid - Neftchi 2:0 aet, Neftchi fought valiantly, but no luck

Moldova:

Fehervar - Petrocub 5:0, end of road for Petrocub, Koln could've been next

Petrocub - Fehervar 1:2, this was one step too far for the Moldovans

Belarus:

Soligorsk - Cluj 0:0, last men standing might be out, but if able to progress probably HJK Helsinki(Maribor) await

Cluj - Soligorsk 1:0, that's the end for the white Russians, maybe next year

Hungary:

Fehervar - Petrocub 5:0, that should be enough, but next Koln might be just too much to ask for

Petrocub - Fehervar 1:2, 2 wins for Fehervar, one cannot ask for more
Kisvarda - Molde 2:1, no shame for Kisvarda in their maiden campaign

There was some talk here about postponing league matches during this phase of the qualifiers and I've noticed how messy the table in the Lithuanian League looks.
Games GD Points
1 FC Hegelmann 24 33 47
2 FK Žalgiris 19 29 44
3 FK Panevėžys 21 15 39
4 FK Riteriai 23 11 38
5 FK Sūduva 21 11 35
6 Kauno Žalgiris 22 3 33
7 FA Šiauliai 24 2 33
8 FK Banga Gargždai 23 -17 20
9 FC Džiugas 24 -21 14
10 FK Jonava 23 -66 2

Zalgiris has 5 games in hand + 6 EL/ECL group stage games guaranteed. Their schedule is going to be so packed for the rest of this year.

Torpedo BelAZ-Energetik 4:0
Neman-Sluck 1:0
Isloč-Dinamo B 1:2
Minsk-Vitebsk 2:0
Slavia-Gomel 0:1
BATE-Belšina 2:2
Arsenal-Dinamo M 0:1
Dnepr-Šahter 0:7

Surprise in Borisov, where BATE only drew with Belšina, but they stayed at the top, as Energetik lost in Žodino. Šahter won easily at the last Dnepr and is slowly coming back to the top. In next round all three favourites play relatively easy matches at home.

CL: Qarabag - Plzen 0:0, tough 2nd leg awaits, but Qarabag cannot counted out

EL: Fradi - Shamrock Rovers 4:0, no surprise, Fradi will play in the GS again
Pyunik - Sheriff 0:0, looks like Sheriff stay in the EL, while Pyunik continue in the ECL

ECL: Koln - Fehervar 1:2, the shock of the round, totally unexpected, still not over, Koln are able to win in Hungary, but kudos to Vidi

Torpedo BelAZ-Minsk 1:1
Sluck-Energetik 1:2
Vitebsk-Arsenal 3:0
Gomel-Belšina 0:3
BATE-Dnepr 2:1
Dinamo Minsk-Slavia 0:0
Šahter-Isloč 1:0
Dinamo Brest-Neman 0:0

Contrary to my prediction last week all three games were very balanced. First Dnepr, who was so far uncompetittive (last match 0:7), hold on until the penultimate minute, when Šumanski scored fot BATE, and then Slavia managed to play goalless in Minsk against Dinamo. Šahter took a lead with a funny penalty, while in the second half Isloč had some nice chances, but could not equalise. Energetik also won and stayed at the top with the big guys.

Plzen - Qarabag 2:1, Qarabag couldn't make it to the CLGS, but good luck in the ELGS! They got a pretty tough draw: Olympiakos, Freiburg and Nantes.
I think 3rd place would be a good result.

EL: Fradi - Shamrock Rovers 4:0, no surprise, Fradi will play in the GS again
Shamrock Rovers - Fradi 1:0, nothing to brag about, but ELGS await: Crvena zvezda, Monaco and Trabzonspor. Same here, 3rd place would be nice.
Pyunik - Sheriff 0:0, looks like Sheriff stay in the EL, while Pyunik continue in the ECL
Sheriff - Pyunik 0:0, (3:2 after penalties), ELGS: MU, Real Sociedad, Omonia Nicosia, very tough draw, can dream about 3rd place, but super attractive opponents to play against for Sheriff.
Pyunik will continue in the ECLGS: Basel, Slovan Bratislava, Zalgiris Vilnius in their group, they can dream to finish behind Basel, why not?

ECL: Koln - Fehervar 1:2, the shock of the round, totally unexpected, still not over, Koln are able to win in Hungary, but kudos to Vidi
Fehervar - Koln 0:3, no miracle, only the paperform, but it was nice to win in Germany.

Arsenal-Torpedo BelAZ 0:2
Minsk-Sluck 1:0
Energetik-Dinamo B 0:0
Belšina-Dinamo M 0:0
Neman-Isloč 1:0
Slavia-Vitebsk 0:2
BATE-Šahter 0:2

It was a solid derby in Borisov. After a slow start Šahter took the lead in the beggining of the second half after a corner and then soon scored another after a beatiful combination by Ahmedi in Ivanović. BATE tried something in the end, but it was too late. Šahter was the better team, they knew, what they came for and their win was totally deserved. Now they are in a driving seat, as Dinamo Minsk only drew goalless at Belšina.
