Usually they would make it like this:

Real vs. Fenerbahce
PAO vs. Oly

Why not this time?
There is no reseeding, the pairs are predetermined.

Winner of 1v8 (Real-Baskonia) vs Winner of 4v5 (Barcelona-Olympiacos)

Winner of 2v7 (Panathinaikos-Maccabi) vs Winner of 3v6 (Monaco-Fenerbahce)

Thank you for your answer. Okay, I like it this way :)

Nuggets' Jokic runs away with 3rd MVP, Canada's Gilgeous-Alexander finishes 2nd
Hamilton, Ont., native finishes ahead of Mavericks star Doncic as runner-up
This time, the foreign dominance atop the NBA was even more pronounced: Milwaukee's Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is from Greece, was fourth — so this became the first time in the award's 69-year history that international players went 1-2-3-4 in the voting. It also became the sixth consecutive year that a player born outside the U.S. won the award.

May 11. St.Louis, Missouri: Lewis - Nascimento

Lewis knocked out Nascimento in the 3rd round. Other interesting fights: Buckley destroyed Ruziboev in front of his home town and won by unanimous decision, Ulberg knocked out the foolhardy Menifield in 12 seconds who charged at him carelessly and paid the price.

Jokic, fantastic player. He lured me back to watch basketball again. Not prepared to say that he's even better than Jordan, but...Worthy who played with Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul Jabbar for the LA Lakers said: Jokic is a player who has the best attributes from both those truly world class players. No small praise. Today the Denver Nuggets beat the Minnesota Timberwolves the 3rd time in a row and now lead the series 3:2 after lost the 1st 2 games in Denver! Jokic had 40 points and was a true leader of his team, truly fantastic.

Jokic is the current MVP (most valuable player) in the NBA. This is the 3rd time he was selected and he's in a very good company: Magic Johnson (LA Lakers) and Larry Bird (Boston Celtics) have also 3 MVP awards. LeBron James (Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat) has 4, Michael Jordan (Chicago Bulls) 5 and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (Milwaukee Bucks and LA Lakers) has 6!!! Jokic is 29 years old.

The Minnesota Timberwolves blown off the Denver Nuggets 114:66 when 4 minutes left to play, so it's 3:3 and last game in Denver!
Edit: 115:70, ugly game for Denver, totally off.

May 18. Las Vegas: Barboza - Murphy

After a close 1st round Murphy dominated Barboza and won by unanimous decision 49:46, 50:45, 50:45. Otherwise a poor card overall.
Next week no fights scheduled, but 2 weeks from now on Jun.1 Makhachev - Poirier!

Tough circuit in Italy and surprisingly an 8th consecutive pole for Max. Has RedBull set up the car more for the qualification? Race will be interesting

Verstappen won but McLaren seems to be back and fighting for victories. Great final laps.

Verstappen had it under control on teh medium tyres, but lost it on the ard tyres. Just managing to finish first.
Perez shows that the car is not ahead anymore....

If Perez was by any mean the benchmarker, 2023 Red Bull was a pretty bad car.

Perez is clearly the worst driver of the 8 in the top-4 teams. Until recently he was compensateed by the car. not anymore.

McLaren is the best car regarding tyre management. A pity they are behind due to the first races, but I think they will rise to the second spot soon.
But well after 3-4 races I thought nobody would come close to RedBull. Things can change pretty rapid. Nice!
