I would think the extra time score would count as the score.
Commentators now correcting themselves, it was the double touch rule.

Yes. Portugal, Iceland, Wales and Switzerland get 1 point for a draw.
Correcting info: victory after ET counts as win, 3 pts. Draw after ET its 1 pt each.
Portugal scores a 4th
