Message to Executive Committee of UEFA

Good afternoon everybody. I am new here, but I'm not new in football discussion... Well, in my opinion, there's no good proposition that was approved by authority for 2021-24 club's competition: Champions League, Europa League & E. Conference League 
. & that's why I have some message like this:
1. Proposition of Champions League format for ys. 2021-24:
- preliminary round [ PR ]: champions from positions 52-55 of Country Ranking: competition in pairs ( 4/2=2 > 2/2=1 ) until the one team will go higher;
- 1st qualifying round [ Q1 ]: one team from PR & champions from positions 16-51 of ranking ( without Liechtenstein, of course ):18 pairs' competitions;
- 2nd q. round [ Q2 ]: teams from Q1, N2 teams from pos. 11-15 of ranking & cup winners from pos. 5-15 of ranking; they would create 17 pairs' comp.;
- 3rd q. round [ Q3 ]: teams from Q2, champions from pos. 11-15 of ranking, N2 teams from pos. 7-10, N3 teams from pos. 5-6 & cup winners from pos. 1-4 of ranking; they all would create 16 pairs & the winners of this competition would go higher > to the play-off round;
- 4th q. round [ Q4 ]: play-off the winners of Q3 > create 8 teams, which would go higher to the Group Stage;
- Group Stage: champions from pos. 1-10 of ranking, N2 teams from pos. 1-6, N3+N4 teams from pos. 1-4 of ranking & 8 winners of play-off = 32 teams;
- at the "springtime" competition would be like today... but: without "lucky losers" from Champions League adding to Europa League comp.- sorry guys.
Attention! The title' holders of Champions & Europa Leagues would not be "ex officio" members of Group Stage in CL ( one's more - sorry guys; really ).
2. Proposition of Europa League 2021-24 format:
Qualifications.
A. "Champions' Path":
- 1st q. round [ Q1 ]: 3 teams from PR of Champions League: one of them "bye" & two of them in pair' competition > so, 2 teams would go higher, right?
- 2nd q. round [ Q2 ]: a) 2 teams from Q1 would create a pair, b) 18 teams from Q1 of Champions League in pairs too
; so they all'd create 10 teams...
- 3rd q. round [ Q3 ]: 10 teams from Q2 & 17 teams from Q2 of Champions League > one team "bye" & the others in pairs; so they all'd create 14 teams;
- 4th q. round [ Q4 ]: play-off winners of Q3 that would create 7 teams to the Group Stage.
B. "Non-Champions' Path":
- preliminary round [ PR ]: N2 teams from pos. 51-55 of ranking & N3 teams from pos. 31-50 of ranking ( without Liechtenstein of course ) in 12 pairs...
- 1st q. round [ Q1 ]: 12 teams from PR, cup winners from pos. 32-55 of ranking, N2 teams from pos. 16-50 of ranking ( without Liechtenstein of course ) & N3 teams from pos. 16-30: one team "bye" & the others > in pairs' competition;
- 2nd q. round [ Q2 ]: 43 teams from Q1, cup winners from pos. 16-31 ( include Liechtenstein ) & N3+N4 teams from pos. 7-16 of ranking: one team "bye" & the others > in pairs' competition;
- 3rd q. round [ Q3 ]: 40 teams from Q2, N4 team from pos. 6 of ranking, N5 teams from pos. 5-6 & N6 teams from pos. 1-4: one team "bye" & the others > in pairs' competition;
- 4th q. round [ Q4 ]: play-off 24 winners of Q3 that would create 12 teams to the Group Stage.
Group Stage.
The "members" are: team N4 from pos. 5 of ranking, N5 teams from pos. 1-4 of ranking, 8 teams from Q4 Champions League ( "lucky losers" ), 7 teams from "Champions' Path" & 12 teams from "Non-Champions' Path" = 32 teams. Attention! Without E. Conference League winner: sorry guys.
The "springtime" competition: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 finals in two-games pairs' > one final game at the neutrally stadium [ & without CL "lucky losers"! ].
3. E. Conference League - proposition of ys. 2021-24 format:
Attention! The "members" are: only "Non-Champions' Path" losers teams.
Qualifications.
- 1st q. round [ Q1 ]: 12 teams from preliminary round [ PR ] > in pairs' competition;
- 2nd q. round [ Q2 ]: 6 teams from Q1 & 42 teams from Q1 Europa League ( "Non-Champions' Path" ) > in pairs' competition;
- 3rd q. round [ Q3 ]: 24 teams from Q2 & 39 teams from Q2 Europa League ( "Non-Champions' Path" ): one team "bye" & the others > in pairs;
- 4th q. round [ Q4 ]: 32 teams from Q3 & 23 teams from Q3 Europa League ( "Non-Champions" Path" ): one team "bye" & the others > in pairs.
Group Stage.
The "members" are: 28 teams from Q4 & 12 teams from play-off Europa League ( "lucky losers" ) = 40 teams. They'd create 8 groups per 5 teams in each of them & would play two games of each other in groups ( "home" & "away" ) - probably 6 games in "autumn" & 2 games in "spring". So, in the "springtime" there would be 1/4 finals ( winners of groups only ) & 1/2 too; so, the one final game would be ending E. Conference League format.
Attention to all UEFA Leagues! Every team would draw "bye" only one time in whole season' competition; & one's more, sincerely... - sorry guys.
