In Austria, UYL powerhouse Red Bull Salzburg were once again Jugendliga U18 champions, so their place is vacated.

Do the Youth teams travel together with the Senior teams to away matches? otherwise I do not see any reason for this setup anymore. There should be an official ranking for YCL

I suppose they do travel together? Perhaps it doesn't matter for the big clubs, but for the small clubs (like Sheriff Tiraspol) it would certainly be beneficial logistically.

It will be interesting to see if the UYL group stage will follow the UCL group stage after the 2024-25 expansion.

I don't know about other teams, but once upon a time, many, many years ago (2016 ) two Legia teams traveled together to away matches in CL/YL.

The 4 group winners are qualifed for the Final 4 and the winner is declared champion.

I hope UEFA creates a UEFA Youth Ranking asap to distribute teams fairly. It doesn't make sense, Bundesliga have 5 team or Serie A have 4 teams, despite not winning it (or reaching a final) ever.
