Outstanding financial results for Hearts, hopefully they keep growing and getting stronger.

Rangers have made the strange decision to sack their manager despite them being the best team in Scotland

In all seriousness tho it is strange they waited till now to do it when they could and should have done it after the game against St.Mirren.

Losing a 7 point lead to Celtic last season usually would cost a manager their job but the Europa League run compensated enough and it looked like both teams would have a hard battle to win the title this season. Rangers have somehow slipped backwards dramatically tho so a change was the only answer to try and salvage their season.

I thought you'd be posting about your new Japanese signing. Four of them now.

I don't really know much about him tbh to be excited about it, if he is as good as the other 3 I'll be happy. There is actually another one at Celtic already but he got injured not long after he arrived in January and hasn't made any impact.

5 year contract, so they must have a lot of faith in him.

The manager hasn't let us down with transfers so far so fingers crossed he's right again :D

Saw they were after him the other day. I'd heard talk he was the brains of the operation, the fact Rangers would rather pay to get him when they could just scoop up Gerrard for free suggests he indeed was.

That's the rumours I heard as well. Not sure if Gerrard not coming back confirms it or not tbh but he should be a safe pair of hands. It's good for the fans to know he won't just jump if the English Money League comes knocking as well after he knocked back Wolves a couple of months ago.

Not the most entertaining video but if you skip to hear the end Particle Thistles keeper score an injury time equaliser from a corner.

Ironically my 2nd Scottish team has always been Queen's park due to their (until recently) refusal to go pro and their amazing early history. I never thought they would ever compete with Celtic in the same league but that might be a reality soon. It's an outstanding journey so far and I really hope they can pip Dundee and Aye to the title

St. Johnstone are the latest club to announce a good profit for the last year. Scottish clubs have done very well financially recently, they just need to translate that into better European performances to go with it now. Hopefully with the extra guaranteed group stage place it helps keep us pushing forward.

Bad time to be an Aberdeen fan. They played Celtic and Rangers, both at home. Celtic beat them 0-1 with an '87 goal, as they have a tendency to do, winning games late. Against Rangers, they were 2-1 up going into injury time and Rangers beat them with goals at 90+5' and 90+7'. Sub Arfield bagging both.

This is an absolute hammer blow for Scotland as the only keeper left from a golden era of keepers for Scotland suffers a double leg break.

The other Scottish keepers are OK imo but are nowhere near good enough for international level.

Was at the game, it happened quite near to where I sit, it was horrific. Really hope he can make a full recovery to play for Scotland at Euro 2024.

Marshall is a safe bet to make a comeback for 2023, Zander Clark is okay but it depends on how he gets on at Hearts
