Strong Ludogorets lost 1:3 against Roma

Ludogorets will continue their European appearances in the Conference League after losing their last Europa League match 3:1 against Roma in a highly dramatic match played at a full Olimpico.

The Eagles played a very solid first half and took a logical lead in the 42nd minute when Rick Jhonatan collected the ball from the Ludogorets half and crossed the rest of the pitch to power Rui Patricio's net.

The second half started spontaneously for the Giallorossi after the changes imposed by Jose Mourinho, but referee Nikola Dabanovic gave two highly controversial penalties to the hosts within 10 minutes, which were converted by Lorenzo Pellegrini and they turned the game around.

In the 75th minute, Dabanovic intervened again after disallowing a goal scored by Nonato after reviewing the VAR and seeing a foul on Rick Jhonatan.

Five minutes before the end of the match, Nicolo Zaniolo sent the ball into the Ludogorets net for the third time and ranked Roma as the second team in Group C ahead in the second strongest UEFA tournament.

Both CSKAs Sofia (the real and the "fake" one) may end up in an european spot.

It would be nice. Considering the strength of the teams in the league the perfect lineup would be both cskas’s levski and ludo but unfortunately levski is struggling and has not won since october if im not mistaken plus they are out of the cup which also gives entry to Europe of course.

Ludogorets' reign is in danger after 11 consecutive titles.

And they have sacked their manager as expected and have gone back to Ivaylo Petev who brought them up 12 years ago.

They will win one way or another.

Why not to win, if they are the best?

But, if that could help the CSKA fans psychologic health and the feeling that some of their body part are few cm bigger, I really dont mind :D . After every match week, there are constant HUGE AND LOUD whining about any ref decision, which is not in "the right" direction and just pass those, who are in opposite.

The new peak in their life drama is this week, where they demand to play their away game against CSKA 1948 on neutral ground (and to have fan advantage), or they "does not guarantee" what will happen next....

What a bunch of idiots....

I would personally just like to see a different champion.
It can be any of the other 15 teams not named Ludogorets i dont care who it is nor do i care about the domestic drama. I am just tired of Ludogorets and want something different some diversity plus id like to see them start directly in ECLqrs with no “champions cushion” of losing a tie or two and still making GS but rather play under pressure three ties to achieve GS. Plus they would probably be seeded until GS which is ofc a bonus.
But i think they will still win this league if not on the field then off it. The thought of it not happening is just too good to even dream of.
