After the long WC2022 break, on Jan 4th: Inter-Napoli
William Hill
1.40 .. Napoli
6.00 .. AC Milan
7.00 .. Internazionale
11.00 .. Juventus

So, in the last matchday before the World Cup break, all four the favorites won their match, and I think already that these are the four clubs that will qualify (again) for the next Champions League, with AS Roma and Lazio, and perhaps Atalanta, unlikely surprises.

For the title (the scudetto), no matter the bookies odds, I think that it is not done yet for Napoli: I believe that a comeback from AC Milan and/or Internazionale and/or Juventus, is still possible; while Lazio and AS Roma have very little chances in my opinion.

For the Europa/Conference League qualification, I think that it is between the two sides from Rome, with Atalanta next, and Udinese, Torino and Fiorentina unlikely contenders. Of course, it also depend on who wins the Coppa Italia.

We will see the next year.

The first thing whoever the new people in charge are should do is take Juventus out of the Super League.

Imagine Juventus playing in a Super League while being relegated to Serie B/C :grin1:
The fact that the Glazers and FSG are looking to sell right now might be already be a sign that the Super League in its closed format is off the table for the next few years though.

"Juve, who are listed on the Italian stock exchange, are being investigated for allegations of presenting false accounting information to investors and producing invoices for non-existent transactions"
this could cost them a lot at least they would be listed on NYSE.

Saw the Inter -Napoli match yesterday evening.

Napoli certainly didn't look invincible and now they aren't, they only really piled pressure on for the equaliser in the last few minutes of the match and Inter deserved the win.
