🇷🇴 Romania enter this 🇪🇺 EURO as the weakest side by my evaluation. They are only here because of the luck of the draw. They wouldn't have qualified in most other groups. They'll struggle big time in Germany is my guess.

I'm yet to see a proper rebuild of Romanian football.
It's still in a hole and as of now it's not clear when they'll get out of that hole.

Yes, Romania football is in very bad times compared with 90..2000 years but in this qualifications there was 10 games not 3. And Romania winned the group undefeated.
A team can have luck of a good draw but when they finish undefeated i dont think it was only the draw.

I also predict Romania finishing 3/4 in this group but for their qualification was more than luck for sure.

Currently the squad consists of 25 + 2 players. Tedesco called up another two youngsters, Keita and Engels, but is waiting on the evaluation of his medical staff before he makes a final decision; if needed one of the youngsters will be added. Vranckx, Tielemans, Vertonghen and Theate are carrying injuries. Theate's injury is the biggest ? but he has no doubt he'll be fit in time.

KDB has been injured for most of the qualis. I guess fair enough you "benched" him but he starts when fit. Your final squad is fine for the most part. More often two holding mids have been used though. Doku/Trossard/Carrasco on the left.

1. Belgium
2. Ukraine
3. Slovakia
4. Romania

I predict a 9-6-1-1 group. Romania's squad is on paper really bad, it's a feat they are here. Slovakia's isn't much better. Belgium and Ukraine should beat them.
