They will play again next Tuesday, and very interestingly, the second match will be in Mongolia. So the two teams are actually making an effort to play an "home-and-away" series, given the distance and travel involved between the two countries.
These are two of the six teams that must face exactly that to move on to the next round of Asian Cup qualifying, so clearly they are preparing for that. It's nice to see them taking that so seriously when they really hardly stand a chance of qualifying for the Asian Cup. But maybe such an attitude could bear fruit later...

Mongolia have East Timor and Cambodia have Sri Lanka.

The two teams will another match on Tuesday, but both matches will be in Brunei.

For the other two teams involved in the play-off round, Macau (Brunei's opponents) are travelling to Taiwan to play a friendly against a club team, while there do not appear to be any international matches or camps in this window for Timor-Leste (Mongolia's opponents), although club football have just returned last month after a year's break with the FFTL Cup: https://www.fftl.tl/en-us/competition-domestic.aspx

Switzerland - Austria 1:1 (1:1)
Switzerland team manager Murat Yakin praised the Austrians: "The Austrians play an incredibly fast-paced game, with intensity at the highest level. It was good for us to experience an opponent like that ourselves and not just see them on TV. You can see the clear signature of Ralf Rangnick who plays his football incredibly quickly. The Austrians will definitely advance in their group" - From your lips to God's ears!
Captain Granit Xhaka said: "We can be very satisfied with the first half. We haven't been so dominant for a long time - against a good opponent. Overall it was a good performance."
Austria's team boss Ralf Rangnick was anything but satisfied with the first half on Saturday in Switzerland (1:1). He missed the energy in the game that was necessary for his style. "That annoys me enormously," said Rangnick. But because in the ÖFB team such a performance is rather the exception than the rule he is going into the European Championship with confidence.

Slovakia 4-0 San Marino
Gibraltar 0-0 Wales
Slovakia 4-0 Wales

Not sure what playing two absolute minnows can do to prepare Slovakia for the Euros...

This is truly pathetic, Wales. :sigh:

EDIT: Looks like Italy had more trouble with BiH than we did, a 1-0 win. Netherlands have Iceland tomorrow. Considering Netherlands beat Canada 4-0, who are probably a better team than Iceland, it seems likely they'll show us how it's done.

Israel is such a weak team. But I know they are having a restructuring.
In Game of Thrones conquerors always say to the defeated side: "Bend the knee and you''ll live". As if they weren't alive right now.

I'm smarter than it shows. Just don't want to discourage anyone.
