Re: Battles for important ranking positions 2022-2023
Lucky draw for Midtjylland, who dodges Fenerbache, and gets AEK Larnaca instead. Should mean Europa League GS for Midtjylland. Viborg also with a dream draw, Suduva. If they beat Suduva, they will be seeded in Q3. Brondby facing Pogon Stettin. Overall good draw for the danish clubs, hopefully giving...

Important win for Midtjylland. Denmark leaps ahead of Cyprus for 14. Place. A win for Copenhagen tomorrow Will mean 12 more matches for Denmark to collect points. I hope Midtjylland will draw one beatable team for their CL group.

Wow. Slavia Got robbed tonight. Pretty undeserved loss. They looked totally in control, until the penalty. And it was missed. But the ref just wanted midtjylland to go through

Sad news. I thought her avatar was just a random picture. Amazing that an old lady was such a fan of football. Makes me smile, now I know that she really was who she portrayed.

Re: Battles for important ranking positions
With regards to Celtic, it depends on who they draw in the EL playoff, being unseeded now. It could spell trouble The group of unseeds in ELQ4 will probably be stronger than the group of seeds. So the clubs that will lose in CLQ3 are in real trouble. Celtic could still draw pretty easy opponents. T...

Re: Battles for important ranking positions
Nothing groundbreaking today, Scotland lost their club from the CL but points-wise it might not be that important. Croatia, Switzerland, Cyprus, Denmark keep their champion in the CL qualifiers. I think the Faroese will avoid bottom 5. With regards to Celtic, it depends on who they draw in the EL p...

The game FC Copenhagen - Basakhsehir Will be played without spectators due to the virus outbreak. Bad news for Copenhagen, as it would probably be sold out. Damn it

Re: Battles for important ranking positions
Of course Braga and Copenhagen are good teams and roughly on the same level like Rangers and Celtic, but still they are among the worst seeded/unseeded clubs, so no doubt it‘s a lucky draw. And Rangers definitely was extremely lucky the last 2 years in qualification. But anyway, the games have to b...

Re: 2019/2020 EL Group B: Dynamo Kyiv - Kobenhavn - Malmo - Lugano
FC Copenhagen started with a win, which is good. However, they also started with wins against Vorskla Poltava in 2011, Molde in 2012, and HJK Helsinki in 2014, and despite that in none of these occasions they progressed from the group stages. Even more interesting, in the two occasions that they ac...
