Re: What other sports do you follow?

May 18. Las Vegas: Barboza - Murphy

After a close 1st round Murphy dominated Barboza and won by unanimous decision 49:46, 50:45, 50:45. Otherwise a poor card overall.
Next week no fights scheduled, but 2 weeks from now on Jun.1 Makhachev - Poirier!

Re: What other sports do you follow?

The Minnesota Timberwolves blown off the Denver Nuggets 114:66 when 4 minutes left to play, so it's 3:3 and last game in Denver!
Edit: 115:70, ugly game for Denver, totally off.

Re: English Football 2023/24

FOOTBALL DAILY LETTERS Sadly I can’t take credit for this, that goes to wonderfully monikered Marc O’Reachtaire on Twixer, but for those of you not on social media disgrace ‘Man City winning the league four times in a row is a serious achievement to be fair, it’s up there with Lance Armstrong winnin...

Re: English Football 2023/24

So, in my book Chelsea qualified for Europe!!! I know it's not official yet, if they lose their last game and Newcastle win and MU win the cup, they're out. Or United beat Brighton away by 15+ goals, so won't happen. Newcastle have to match United's result and hope they won't win the cup. Chelsea - ...

Re: What other sports do you follow?

Jokic is the current MVP (most valuable player) in the NBA. This is the 3rd time he was selected and he's in a very good company: Magic Johnson (LA Lakers) and Larry Bird (Boston Celtics) have also 3 MVP awards. LeBron James (Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat) has 4, Michael Jordan (Chicago Bulls) ...

Re: What other sports do you follow?

Jokic, fantastic player. He lured me back to watch basketball again. Not prepared to say that he's even better than Jordan, but...Worthy who played with Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul Jabbar for the LA Lakers said: Jokic is a player who has the best attributes from both those truly world class playe...
