Re: 2023/24 Conference League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

Surprising result in England, but Aston Villa never impressed in this competition. Even in the group stage they just did the barely enough needed to advance. Not hungry enough maybe?

Re: 2023/24 Europa League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

It's over for Roma (i'm serious, not jinxing this time). Leverkusen after the 0-1 have been in complete control.

Re: 2023/24 Europa League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

The error and the conseguent goal completely changed the game. Leverkusen could have scored another one, especially when Roma were caught completely sleeping after a home side attack.

Almost a second (very) stupid goal conceded.

Re: 2024/25 UEFA club season (Champions League, Europa League, Conference League): List of qualified teams

Four steps away from a 2nd division against a 2nd division clash in Europe: 1 - Hunedoara win the Romanian Cup; 2 - Hunedoara are allowed to play in the EL; 3 - Wisla stay in the second division (they can win the Play-Off); 4 - Wisla and Hunedoara are paired together in the EL Q1. Or alternatively, ...

Re: Domestic Cups

Poor Pogon remain throphyless after a dramatic finish. They were seconds away from winning the first one and against a second divison side, (though a big club in Polish football). That must hurts a lot for Pogon fans.

Re: Promotions and Relegations 2024

Parma back to Serie A. It was a dramatic afternoon for the second spot. Como (started the day at +1 over Venezia) won 2-1 in the added time against Cittadella after being 0-1 in the second half, while the Venezia game in Catanzaro was delayed for a while due to heavy rain. They lost 3-2 late on, so ...

They all play each other once until the end.

MD 31: Shkupi - Shkendija

With the first tie-break being gd or h2h points?

Re: Domestic Cups

Larne vs TNS in Europe would be nice, it's probable as well they'll likely be in the same draw group. In 2022 Linfield eliminated TNS from the Champions League in a very close tie, while in 2021 Larne eliminated Bala Town from the ECL. The top NI teams recently switched to full professionalism (Lin...

Re: German Football 2023-24

It's a six-teams battle for two spots (Eintracht can already be considered a safe top 8 team). So, among Freiburg, Augsburg, Hoffenheim, Heidenheim, Werder Bremen and Wolfsburg i would like NOT to see Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg in Europe, but two of the four other teams. Koln will have to win all thre...

Sturm survive! 2-2 FT.

It's in Sturm hands now, +3 and three games left (against Hartberg, Klagenfurt and LASK).
