I mean there will be 2 more giants in front of teams like Poland and Hungary. Obviously we are no match for national teams like them.

Imagine how hard it will be for Poland - and for Hungary for that matter - to play in group A once Russia and Belarus are back. And they will be back sooner rather than later.

Poland might not stay up but they can try again. You need to be a lifter first in order to become a stayer.

I followed division 1 group A because of Hungary, great matches. I saw Austria 5-6 Switzerland, what an epic fight. If this means Hungary will be able to do this well next year too I'm already happy. Ferencváros won the Hungarian league, thus qualifying to the CL qualis (either 1st or 2nd round).

Nonetheless the Scottish side is very strong. They might end up finishing second or third in the group. This is a tough group. There are stronger and weaker ones of course but this is by for not the weakest.
