@forza Welsh people would be horrified to be told they are less different from the English than the Scottish are. Wales has been a very anglicised country for centuries. Scotland is very different in always remaining distinct and retaining its institutions such as a completely separate legal system...

I think Scotland should aim for at the very least 2 more points this year which would leave them on 27.625. It could be enough for 14th depending on the result of Copenhaven

Because Wales and England are pretty much the same country. Scotland is very separate from both.
