I have a question about ELQ1 - i checked @dnina10 tables and there are 12 teams there but when i see the access list i see that nations 16-33 participate in ELQ1. Now Russia is banned therefore 16 gets a pass to Q2 (to my knowledge) which leaves 16 participants but in the spreadsheet there are 12? ...
