I should add that this isn't "set in stone". Changes might occur the following days.

Promoted

Kocaelispor

i think promoted teams are better than relegated ones. it will be a better season next year.

Kocaelispor were in the UEFA Cup a few years ago, yes? I think I recognise the name.

Scotland

relegated from SPL
Gretna (all money gone, all staff sacked, facing closure any day) - 1 year in SPL

promoted to SPL
Hamilton (first time in top flight in 20 years, were -15 points in the 3rd division 6 years ago)

relegated to Division 2
Stirling Albion (1 year)
Clyde stayed up via playoffs, sadly.

Playoff/playout game:
Smederevo - winner of 2nd league playoffs (BSK - Metalac, Rad - Vozdovac)

UEFA competitions:
Partizan will play in CLQR2 :(
Red Star and Vojvodina are in UC. 3rd representative should be FK Zemun (relegated to 3rd league), but they didn't obtain a licence yet.

In Greek second division, the final standings are:
Panserraikos (from Serres, a city in Macedonia) 64 pts. PROMOTED. 16 years after they had been relegated from the 1st division.
Thrasyvoulos (from Fyli, close to Athens) 61 pts. PROMOTED. For the first time in the club's history.
Panthrakikos (from Komotini, Thrace) 60 pts. PROMOTED. For the first time in the club's history. Pantrakikos was in one of the amateur divisions until 2002, when they started climbing divisions!!!
