It depicts a ball with eleven star-shaped holes and inside there are eleven players holding together and looking at the sky. It is made of brass, bronze and gold and it weighs 13 kilograms.

FC Midtjylland's central defender Erik Sviatchenko, who won Player of the Autumn earlier this season, was also awarded with the prize as Player of the Spring in the Danish Superliga.
