Two Burnley players in the WS XI is awesome.
bet Firnen won't like this
Plans to use Community Shield as test event for the return of fans to stadiums ABANDONED with the FA accepting it is no longer feasible amid uncertainty over coronavirus outbreaks

If Man City were in it this problem goes away completely
The WS ratings seem to love Gabriel Jesus. Top striker here, in the all positions top 10 for the CL. Yet he was 13th highest scorer in the PL, 9th when limiting it to centre forwards. I wonder if xG plays a big part in their rating. Jesus had a season where he had a huge underperformance in goals compared to xG. According to that metric he ought to have won the Golden Boot, but he missed a lot of easy chances.Lyonnais wrote: ↑Fri Aug 07, 2020 16:12 AMC/FW

Twitter forced to apologise to Phil Jones and Manchester United after the club complained about a tweet from their official account asking users to 'name a better footballer than' him
Naming a worse footballer would have been more of a challenge.

I was surprised to see him there too. I've seen city fans criticising him and opposition fans seeing him as the weak link in City's attack and happy to see him in the starting lineup.Oldelpaso wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 20:17The WS ratings seem to love Gabriel Jesus. Funnily enough Jonathan Wilson wrote a very relevant article on Jesus today
https://www.theguardian.com/football/20 ... rter-final
Unusually it was a BTL comment that nailed it for me
"I wonder why people say he’s not a good finisher.
Minutes per goal in 2019/20 prem:
127 Ings
130 Greenwood
132 Vardy
133 Sterling
143 Aubameyang
144 Kane
144 Jesus
147 Abraham
152 Salah
153 Mané
154 Martial
156 Rashford
225 Son
332 Firmino
And then I remember why:
91 Agüero"
