So in Russian 2nd Division Oremburg (2nd) and Alania Vladikavkaz (4th) were denied promotion to I Division and promotion play-off respectively. Russian FA considered the stadium of Oremburg too small (7,5k) and Alania "in bad state". So there is no play-off and Ufa and Arsenal avoid the chance of being relegated.
