Would love to see a 'Group of Revenge' for Ajax:
Ajax
Spurs
Benfica
Dinamo Zagreb

Does anyone know the TV-pairings and does anyone kwow the statistical probabilities to face an opponent?
Germany is usually Bayern-Dortmund. Italy is normally Juve-Inter, though I don't know if Milan's return will change that. England varies. Liverpool and Manchester United is the only consistent pair but United aren't in it this year. Last time these teams all qualified it was Liverpool-City and Chelsea-Spurs.
No to Superleague
if you talk about "revenge" I would chose this for Salzburg:Catenaccio wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 10:06 Would love to see a 'Group of Revenge' for Ajax:

Maccabi Haifa
Maccabi could be the "revenge team" for Salzburg as they dropped out in CL quali in 2009. And even for Israeli fans too. Salzburg would always be their first choice in drawings. Maybe they like to visit this city too much. For Salzburg it looks like much more probable to reach 3rd place than better. Participation in spring is very desired and was achieved all the years before. Olympique Marseille, Rangers or even Celtic and Brugge could endanger this goal most.
I played with the UEFA simulator and I think the TV pairings are:
Liverpool: Man City and Chelsea:Tottenham
Real:Barca and Athletico:Sevilla
Bayern:Dortmund and Leipzig:Eintracht
Milan:Inter and Juve:Napoli
Celtic:Rangers
Porto:Benfica
PSG:OM
Leipzig:Real and Leipzig:Man City are the likeliest pair from the first two pots.
Viktoria Plzen will draw Shakhtar.

B Frankfurt & Leipzig

D AC Milan & Napoli
E Bayern & Dortmund

You could argue that there is some sort of 50/50 split in each pot in terms of 'to avoid' and 'to get':
Pot 1:
Real Madrid / Man City / PSG / Bayern
----------------------------------------------------
Milan / Porto / Ajax / Frankfurt
Pot 2:
Liverpool / Chelsea / Barcelona / Juventus
----------------------------------------------------
Atletico / Sevilla / Spurs / Leipzig
Pot 3:
Dortmund / Napoli / Inter / Benfica
----------------------------------------------------
Shakhtar / Salzburg/ Sporting / Leverkusen
Pot 4:
Rangers / Marseille / Celtic / Brugge
----------------------------------------------------
Copenhagen / Dinamo Zagreb / M. Haifa / V. Plzen
Hope to see as many teams from each half of these splits to be drawn together to get the most balanced games in the groups.

So the draw simulator did not use the right TV-pairings for Italy.
Come on, Spurs are miles better than current sh*t Juventus team. For me Juventus is a team to get from pot 2Catenaccio wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 12:42 You could argue that there is some sort of 50/50 split in each pot in terms of 'to avoid' and 'to get':

Mostly agree, but would probably swap Chelsea and Atletico in P2. Chelsea are a little weaker than they are sometimes, and Atletico are always an absolute nightmare to play against in Europe.Catenaccio wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 12:42 You could argue that there is some sort of 50/50 split in each pot in terms of 'to avoid' and 'to get':

It's been fixed (thanks to @Juliusz for the pairings). Sadly, I don't have inside information as I don't work in UEFA.
Great group, I like it too. I would love to see those matches. I think Dinamo would do well in this group!Catenaccio wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 10:06 Would love to see a 'Group of Revenge' for Ajax:
