Belgium remains 5th for this season!
I disagree, if Feynoord wins EL and Nice loses vs Basel then they should be 5th.
I agree with Firnen, this is not a realistic scenario…

the 8th place in country ranking does not bring too much glory nor substantial advantages for the access list. See Austria for the next season. It makes much more difference if you drop out from top 15 or climb to 7th or even higher.

If AZ wins ECL, does Netherlands get 5th?

Only if they win every match.

If AZ wins their next 3 games Netherlands finish 5th. Highly unlikely, but hey:

And if Basel wins and draw against Fiorentina OR get to at least penalties in the final, then Switzerland are 12th.

no bonuspoint for winning the trophy? (then they can have 1 draw in those 3 matches as long as they win the cup )

There is no bonus point in winning any trophy (CL/EL/ECL). Never.

No, only for the 10-year ranking for financial distribution (and there it's a quite big bonus...)

No, Netherlands still needs 7 points to get past France, and that is exactly the amount AZ can still get by 3 wins (6 points) and 1 bonuspoint for reaching the final.

One win (2 pts) and reaching the final (1 extra point) should be enough, no?

Switzerland needs 4 points to overtake Turkey, and 5 points to overtake Serbia.

If they get 2 wins (4 points) and reach the final (1 bonus point), they overtake both.

If they get 1 win and 1 draw (3 points) and reach the final (1 bonus point), they overtake Turkey. They then need at least 1 more point (win in 90 minutes or extra time, or match going to penalties) to overtake Serbia.

If they get 1 win and 1 loss or 2 draws (2 points) and reach the final (1 bonus point), they need at least 1 more point (win in 90 minutes or extra time, or match going to penalties) to overtake Turkey, or 2 more points (win in 90 minutes or extra time) to overtake Serbia.
