You hardly find a place (unlike Ljubljana and Maribor) to watch even their own matches in CL qualifiers. I was in Bled Lesce recently I wanted to watch Ludo vs Olimpija but they rather watched wrestling in this bar! In their league there is very low attandance (often some hundreds only). In Olympics (summer plus winter) they achieved 12 goldmedals (52 alltogether) since 1992 in 17 events. Just to compare: Norway only in 2022 in Peking made 16 goldmedals and 37 medals alltogether.

Norway is a super power in winter sports, cross-country skiing and so, they are also excellent in handball. But those are small sports. Slovenia has Tour de France winner and Olympic time trial winner Primož Roglič, and even more famous than him is the great NBA star Luka Dončič. Impressive for a country of 2 million inhabitants.
