Aston Villa are up 2:0 against Chelsea at the break. CL football beckons for Villa! I think Chelsea won't play in Europe even without points deduction.
There wouldn't even be a battle without Forest's point deduction.
The Burnley-Luton-Sheffielld United trio is the worst newly promoted trio combination to be seen for many years in the Premier League.

Much improved Chelsea level 10 minutes before the end.

What an amateurish mistake by this one AV defender, the keeper saved them.
But now he can not do anything, 2:3. It was this idiot's fault before, he looked like an Ekstraklasa defender, not PL.
EDIT: VAR says no, lucky day for this guy, first the keeper saved his butt, now VAR.

2:2, that was the least Chelsea deserved after their 2nd half performance, Villa were 2nd best, though still in the driving seat for 4th place.
Arsenal take the lead via an own goal on a corner. Defender headed it in.
Tottenham have responded strongly to the goal.
Arsenal score on the break, super ball out to Saka out wide, he beats a defender and scores into the bottom corner, 0-2!
0-3 Arsenal! Didn't see it, stream was down.
0-3 HT. Tottenham came on strong after conceding, fans were well up for it, and Arsenal shut it all down with that goal on the break. The pass I talked about was delivered by Havertz, and Havertz scored the third from a header on a corner. He really seems to have become the important player for Arsenal that Arteta envisioned when he bought him now.
Stopped watching as something came up. Tottenham came back to 2-3, but it's a vital win for Arsenal.

With the loss Spurs won't make the CL. Almost everything is decided. To the CL: City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa, to the EL: Tottenham and MU, to the ECL: Newcastle.
MU above Newcastle is all but secured. Newcastle's schedule is kinda easier but they play each other at Manchester. For Chelsea it's hard but they are still close with a game in hand and probably have the easiest schedule.bugylibicska wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2024 17:28 With the loss Spurs won't make the CL.
