2024/25 UEFA club season (Champions League, Europa League, Conference League): List of qualified teams
Leipzig and Dortmund will be in Pot 1. For Dortmund since Chelsea can no longer qualify and since Leverkusen can no longer overtake them.
It wasn't mentioned that Barcelona have qualified for UCL since they are 15 points above Athletic Bilbao, have a win and a draw against them and 2 wins against Atletico and there cannot be a tie for 4th involving Girona, Barcelona and Bilbao since Girona and Barcelona have to play each other so at least 1 of them will finish at least 1 point above Bilbao.
So the last pot 1 spot is between Roma if they qualify, otherwise Barcelona or Leverkusen. Manchester United can no longer qualify for UCL and Leverkusen needs 5 points to finish over Barca in the ranking.
Arsenal will be in pot 2 since they are 22nd and there are more then 4 teams above them that can no longer qualify and exactly 9 that already qualified.

Borussia Dortmund being qualified to CL means that the title holder spot will not be used then, with a rebalancing to occur
It's not confirmed that rebalancing will be used if Dortmund finishes 5th and wins UCL and current info says that 6th of Bundesliga will qualify in this case.
OK, (just notice it reading again the regulations). In that situation, will the German League will ask for Dortmund to win UCL and lose all their remaining matches ?
The UCL final is past the last MD of Bundesliga I hope
No need, it is likely (not certain) that if Dortmund win CL and finish 5th then Germany will have 6 teams in the CL. In that case Dortmund will qualify as CL-W and EPS is probably going to the 6th place team. One reason for this is that balancing occurs before EPS is awarded.Phocea wrote: ↑Wed May 01, 2024 23:41OK, (just notice it reading again the regulations). Milan is also mathematically qualified for the UCL next season, since it can´t finish below 5th ( Atalanta and Roma are facing each other on May 12th)
Juventus is assured of at least EL-GS.
Wisła Kraków qualified for EL Q1 as Polish Cup winners.
Four steps away from a 2nd division against a 2nd division clash in Europe:
1 - Hunedoara win the Romanian Cup;
2 - Hunedoara are allowed to play in the EL;
3 - Wisla stay in the second division (they can win the Play-Off);
4 - Wisla and Hunedoara are paired together in the EL Q1.
Or alternatively, put Gorica instead of Hunedoara. They need a licence and not to get promoted, beyond of course winning the cup.
