Post by JPV »

Some weeks ago, an eastern poster (bug...) tried to decide what Eastern/Western Europe is.

Well, seems like some people already had their own (hilarious maps):

According to a recent survey in the US, 2 people from 10 cannot show Canada on the map. Your post proves that you rather belong to the 2 than to the rest.

Europe according to Germans:

Great Britain - "Enigma code hackers". This is nonsense, Enigma was hacked by the Poles. :)

''Europe according to Turkey'' seems like prepared by a nationalist Turk. Some of those opinions are still common, but most of them chanegd rapidly in the last decade.

"Europe according to the future 2022", ignoring the impications of the name "Merkelreich", it seems strange to me that Poland would not want to be part of a Central European federation. Poland is after all one of Germany's closes political allies in European Politics.

Of course, Poland would be the natural leader of an Eastern European Union.
