The New Saints are halfway towards recording a perfect league season with 16 straight wins. They only won 18 league games the whole of last season!

President of Olimpic resigned and that is the biggest blow as he was the main security for the club and finances. Although all clubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina must be associations there are ways to make them almost private properties. There are currently searching for a new investor and the last information is that a brokerage firm is taking them over. I'm not really happy with them being so low on table not because of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina as they don't give much value to it but rather because of the youth leagues which are mirrored to Premier League which means that the city of Sarajevo will be reduced to just two clubs in the top tier of youth league which is too low. I hope at least Olimpic or Celik can regain a ground in the spring and surpass Metalleghe and evade relegation.

When it comes to Velež, well they played abysmal in this first half of the second tier. Out of a maximum of 45 points they gained just 13 (2 wins and 7 draws), five points below the safe zone and finishing the first half-season on 15th place out of 16 with just Novi Travnik below them who obviously gave up before the start of the season. There are rumors (yes, just rumors for now) that they will use this winter break to consolidate and just to keep their second tier status as any ambition for promotion is lost for this season as Bosna Visoko on first place (only place leading to Premier League) is 16 points away. What the next season will hold is unknown.
