As time runs the merge of Team Jumbo-Visma with Soudal-Quickstep seems more likely, with reports of UCI being informed and following the situation (one UCI license will be free outside the 24 months period).
Quickstep had struggled to find good racers to defend Remco Evenepoel and Jumbo will leave TJV as sponsor after a fraud scandal.
Should the merge go on, the new team will have too many riders and too many leaders.

According to rumous, Ineos was looking to merge with Quickstep when TJV just took them out of the game.

Roglic confirms he will leave Jumbo Visma (or the new Soudal Visma). Ineos (probably), Movistar (unlikely) and Lidl are on the move to get him.
Mark Cavendish will postpone his retirement and join Astana, seeking 2024 OG

The biggest question to me is, will Vingegaard and Evenepoel be in the same team? With Kuss as helper they will stay the to be beaten team that can win all 3 big tours…..

His father wanted him to join Ineos but he choose to stay with Quickstep. Now with the merge...with him or without Remco, Visma will be the team to beat.

I think this is good news for most people.
Having a superteam in any sport is bad for the show.

Yes Vuelta was a disaster for me, despite being a Vingegaard and Kuss fan

Mathieu van der Poel smashes competition ans wins his 3rd Tour of Flanders, his 5th Monument, now tied with Pogačar.
Portuguese António Morgado of just 20 years old in his first Monument makes 6th! (And he doesn't like cobblestones!)

Edit: Morgado 5th after Michael Matthews penalty.

I don't know what dutch people are eating but they are taking all the fun out of the races. Max Verstappen, Mathieu van der Poel...
Attacking Paris-Roubaix solo with 59,7 km to go, winning with 2,58 gap for his teammate Jasper Philipsen, Mads Pedersen and Nils Politt (respectively 2nd, 3rd and 4th).
