During 2016-17 season, police forces invested 310.000 men-hours into Dutch football, Eredivisie and Jupiler League. Mostly around UEFA matches and near season end.

Discussion is how to let the clubs pay for this.

Eredivsie 2017-2018: 194 foreigners represent 46 nationalities.

Top 4:

Belgium: 25 players
Germany: 21
Marocco: 12
Denmark: 12
Japan: 2
Uruguay, Oeganda, Servië, Portugal, Peru, Macedonië, Haïti, Ghana, Estonia, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Chili, Armenia and Argentinia: 1

Not that all those Moroccans are mostly born in The Netherlands but prefer to play with their 2nd passport.

That doesn't add up to 194 players from 46 nationalities.
I thought that there would be many players from Sweden, Norway and Iceland.

PSV had in recent years really solid left wing attackers in Memphis Depay, Dries Mertens, Balázs Dzsudzsák and Arjen Robben.
Now a new sensation presents himself: 22 year old "Chucky" Lozano. PSV picked up the Mexican for just €8 million from Liga MX side Pachuca in the summer. Probably for a ?% share.
Lozano went into the tie with Vitesse on Sunday as top scorer in the league and he became the first player ever to find the net in 7 of his first 8 Eredivisie matches. He also can become the first PSV player to score in his first 5 home matches.
