Poland needs Lech Poznan in Europe, they are the only decent club (sometimes) from the 2-5 group that is fighting for Europe this year.

Three games to go and we already know all three teams relegated from Ekstraklasa: Arka Gdynia (played European football quite recently, EL Q3 against Midtjylland in 2017/18 season), Korona Kielce (U-18 team played UYL this season against Real Zaragoza) and ŁKS (promoted last season). Now, in the relegation group, there will be absolutely nothing to play for.
In championship group, Legia still needs 1 point to secure the title but is struggling recently, many injuries, some tough away games (Jagiellonia and Lech) and an important clash vs. Piast at home. Today they play Cracovia away in Polish Cup SF, and then on Saturday again Cracovia in the league at home. Similarly, Lech plays Lechia tomorrow in the cup, and then again on Sunday in the league. Apart from that, Legia seems not to have the best timetable. Teams playing in Cup SF (so having an additional game) since the beginning of the championship round (day difference in brackets):
Legia:
Sunday - Wednesday (3) - Saturday (3) - Saturday (7) - Tuesday (3) - Saturday (4)
Lech:
Saturday - Wednesday (4) - Sunday (4) - Saturday (6) - Wednesday (4) - Sunday (4)
Cracovia:
Sunday - Thursday (5) - Monday (4) - Saturday (6) - Thursday (3) - Saturday (4)
Lechia:
Sunday - Wednesday (3) - Sunday (4) - Saturday (6) - Wednesday (4) - Sunday (4)
This could be done better, teams playing Cup SF don't play the league at Friday and then on Sunday, but have very short break between the games. Normally I wouldn't care, but after a long break with no normal preparations and intense last matchdays, the timetable is an important issue. I suppose, TV rules here.
Apart from that, Poland is the only country I know, that didn't allow 5 substitutions in domestic games. Reason: FA chairman, Zbigniew Boniek, said they played two games in two days on WC 1982, there were only two subs available and it was ok, so no need to change the rules now
