Greek Cup QF second legs:

Panserraikos vs PAOK 0-5 (0-9 on aggregate)
Panathinaikos vs Atromitos 2-0 (3-2 on aggregate)
OFI vs Panetolikos 1-3 (2-5 on aggregate)
Aris vs Niki Volou 2-2 (5-2 on aggregate)

Belgian FW Aaron Leya Iseka scored OFI’s goal on his debut (8 minutes after he joined the match). He has previously played for Anderlecht, Marseille, Zulte Waregem, Toulouse, Metz and Barnsley among other clubs. He is 26 years old now.
This is the first time that Panetolikos (from Agrinio) qualifies to the Cup SFs!

Spanish defensive midfielder Rubén Pérez scored his first goal for Pana after 107 apps! It was also just the third goal in his entire career (he is 35 years old)!

SFs:
Panetolikos vs Aris (13 Febr and 6 March)
PAOK vs Panathinaikos (14 Febr and 21 Febr)

All are 1st division clubs.

Germany, DFB Pokal QF. The first two games were '2. Bundesliga teams only':

FC St. Pauli - Fortuna Düsseldorf 1:1 after the regular time, 2:2 after extra time, Düsseldorf won the PSO
Hertha BSC - 1. FC Kaiserslautern 1:3 (Hertha wasted a huge chance, with a win they would have been one step away from playing the final in their own stadium, a dream of every Hertha fan)

Next TUE/WED the other two QF's will take place:

Bayer Leverkusen - VfB Stuttgart
1. FC Saarbrücken - Borussia Mönchengladbach

The winner of Leverkusen - Stuttgart is obviously the big favorite for the cup. Even though I wouldn't be surprised if Leverkusen gets 2nd place in all three competitions (Bundesliga, EL, DFB Pokal) again, it also happened in 2001/02 (with CL instead of EL, of course). Leverkusen only won two real titles in the club history: the UEFA Cup in 1988 and the DFB Pokal in 1993.

Portuguese cup quarte finals

Leiria (2) 0-3 Sporting
V. Guimarães 3-1 Gil Vicente
Vizela 1-2 Benfica

The match between Santa Clara(2) and Porto was abandoned with 23 minutes of play (0-0) due the flooding of the pitch. Match will be resumed around 28 of February which was the date for SF 1st leg.

Leverkusen won 3:2, the other game was postponed.

Semi-final draw:

Leverkusen - Düsseldorf
Kaiserslautern - winner of Saarbrücken vs Gladbach (if it's Saarbrücken, Kaiserslautern have to play away)

Welsh Cup QFs (single matches):

Briton Ferry Llansawel 1-5 The New Saints [all 6 goals in the second half]
Bala Town 3-0 Flint Mountain
Buckley Town 1-4 Connah's Quay Nomads
Cardiff MU 3-2 Colwyn Bay

The top four clubs in Cymru Premier have qualified to the Cup SFs!

The SFs are:
Cardiff MU vs The New Saints (30 March)
Connah's Quay Nomads vs Bala Town (23 March)

The rules for Cymru Premier are: The winners qualify for the 2024–25 CL-Q1. The runners-up, play-off winners, and 2023–24 Welsh Cup winners (or the third-placed team if the Welsh Cup winners finish in the top two of the Cymru Premier) qualify for the 2024–25 ECL-Q1. In that case, the play-offs (for the third ECL-Q1 position) will be between clubs in positions 4-7. Then, Connah's Quay Nomads will be really close to European qualification.
