If UEFA follow the procedure from last year it will be 4 draw groups. 3 groups with 4 seeded teams and 4 unseeded teams. And 1 Group with 5 seeded teams and 5 unseeded teams.
But I agree with you. I hope UEFA will publish these draw groups within 24 hours.

Are they using geographical criteria to form the subgroups or is it random (geographically) the forming?

They're obviously going to put pairings from the same countries in different subgroups. Molde/Kisvarda for example won't have the Lillestrom/Antwerp and Viking/Sligo Rovers in its subgroup among the unseeded.

In the Champions path, the winners from the third round to avoid should be Lech Poznan and CFR Cluj, while the losers from EL 3rd qr that is better to avoid are Slovan Bratislava (Olympiakos) and maybe HJK (Maribor). Linfield should be the best option.

In the non champions path, there are some really good opportunities on paper for the unseeded teams. There are three teams to avoid (Villarreal, West Ham and Fiorentina, if all take seriously the ECL), but six good options (Maccabi, AEK Larnaca, Slovacko, APOEL, FCSB, Zorya or the third round opponents of all these).
The remaining eight options are between the two extremes mentioned above, with Basaksehir, Rapid Wien and Molde better options than AZ, Basel, Slavia Praha, Young Boys and Koln.

The strongest unseeded teams imo could be Nice, Antwerp, Anderlecht, and Twente.

Nonsense, there isn't a single team in the world that's not going to take the po round seriously, group stage and onwards maybe, but in the play-offs the reward for winning a single tie is simply too much, it's free cash that you can't say no to. Even Spurs went all in for the away leg.

The draw pages for the EL and ECL are blank, which gives me the impression that the draw groups for the latter is imminent

Edit, it's all three UEFA club competitions' respective PO Round draw pages
