The mystery of what England would do is solved, going to Spain to play Austria and Italy on the 23rd and 27th. Two fellow League A runners up.
As for what's going on with the friendly tournaments, the SheBelieves is in April and now a KO tournament. US v Japan and Canada v Brazil.
Pinatar Cup is February, KO, Philippines vs Scotland and Slovenia vs Finland.
Turkish Women's Cup is going ahead in February with 4 minor teams in a round robin. No news on the rest yet.

It was moved to April due to Concacaf W Gold Cup in Feb/March!
