2024 U19 EURO finals in Northern Ireland: Tournament information

https://www.uefa.com/under19/news/0283- ... n-ireland/

Northern Ireland will stage the 2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship finals from 15 to 28 July. The draw is on Wednesday 17 April in Belfast.

The hosts will be joined by seven teams progressing from the elite round from 20 to 26 March. The tournament will also act as UEFA's qualifier for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.

The Irish Football Association previously staged the 2005 U19 EURO and was to host the final tournament of 2020, which was cancelled due to COVID-19. Northern Ireland also was the venue for the 2017 Women's U19 EURO, while the 2021 UEFA Super Cup was in Belfast.

Matches are scheduled to be played in Belfast and Larne

Seaview Stadium, Belfast: Group stage and FIFA U-20 World Cup play-off
Inver Park, Larne: Group stage
National Football Stadium at Windsor Park, Belfast: Semi-finals, Final

Not the ideal thread to post this in, but the best available. I thought this match kicked off now, but the first half has already gone, still 0-0. An U18 friendly between Germany and England, available on the German Football Youtube, part of a 4 team tournament. England already beat the Czechs and Germany already beat the Netherlands, so a win here may secure the tournament win for that team...

The stream ended prematurely. Most of my attention was on England U21, but England here looked the better team, with chances to win it. Was 0-0 when the stream ended and Flashscore tells me it ended 0-0.

I went on holiday to Italy last month to watch the Elite Round group 5 and Italy looked like a better team than the one which won last year's edition so I expect that they'll be among the favourites for the title again.
