They did. Played Aktobe in the 2011-12 EL.
Energetik-BGU Minsk have been stripped of their second place finish due to match fixing and denied a UEFA license, so will not be making their European debit next season (and most likely for many years to come).
Instead Isloch should be playing in Europe for the first time and playing in the ECL.
