I think it means France has a balanced league. Many teams already experienced european football, so the chance for new teams is lower than other european countries.

Virtus is out of Europe due to match fixing: https://www.sanmarinortv.sm/sport/calci ... pa-a242569Mr1Mr wrote: ↑Thu Jun 15, 2023 11:42 Looks like there will be 11 debutants in European cups in 2023.

So only 10 debutants.
It seems we have jinxed the debutants and UEFA doesn't let them take part
There is also one more club which can be considered as a debutant. It is Bohemians Praha and although they have taken part at UEFA's club competitions in past it is the first time that qualified as club of Czech Republic. The previous 9 times times were qualified as club of Czechoslovakia

Today, five clubs will play their first European match.
Hegelmann (Lithuania)
Dukagjini (Kosovo)
Egnatia (Albania)
Penybont (Wales)
Arsenal Tivat (Montenegro)

Why not? Rangers fans think they're the same club
Rangers isn't the only case... it applies to many Italian clubs including Napoli and Fiorentina from Greece to AEK and Aris and probably more than half of the second division. Iraklis and Panachaiki especially must have some world record.
Dnipro-1 and FC Dnipro have existed at the same time and even have played each other in the 2017/18 season: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017%E2%8 ... ond_League
So you can't consider them the same club.
