French Guiana won Group C of League B and are promoted to League A for next season.

Belize finished last and are relegated to League C.

An extremely tight group, the final points total are 10 (French Guiana) - 9 (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines) - 8 (Bermuda) - 7 (Belize)

Yikes. And I was hoping for a promotion, got relegated instead. Belize don't belong in League A, but neither do they to League C, which is pretty much comprised now only by tiny islands.

At least they spared El Salvador the humiliation I mentioned upthread.

Cause it's strange that Saint Martin promotion hasn't been announced yet as no runner-up in the other groups could reach 9 points since October.
Both Saint Martin and Bonaire have been assured of being promoted at least as best runner-up (the last match will only decide who finish top of the group), together with the other group winners Aruba and Dominica. It is just that the CONCACAF admins are not very good at math. But there will be "official" confirmation after all groups are finished.
Official confirmation that Saint Martin, who won Group A of League C, and Bonaire, who finished as best runner-up, are both promoted to League B for next season.

And with Guyana also promoted to League A, all three Guianas, the British (Guyana), the Dutch (Suriname), and the French, will all be in League A next season.

Guyana won Group D of League B and are promoted to League A for next season.

The team that will be relegated to League C, which will be either Antigua and Barbuda or Bahamas, will depend on the postponed matchday 5 match of Bahamas vs Guyana. Bahamas need to win by a score other than 1-0 or 2-1 to avoid relegation (Antigua and Barbuda won the head-to-head tiebreaker if both teams finish with identical records).

Drama in Canada! Davies (Bayern) scored in the 1st half to give Canada a 2-goal aggregate lead (the most dangerous lead?), but Nicholson (Clermont) scored two quick goals in the second half to tie it on aggregate and away goals. Kone (Watford) then gave Canada the lead once again, but De Cordova-Reid (Fulham) converted a penalty to tie the aggregate 4-4. Gray (Al-Ettifaq) was sent off late in the game, but Jamaica are through on the away goals rule!

Jamaica will make their debut in the CNL finals, and participate in their 3rd Copa America after 2015 and 2016. Canada will have to re-group in the play-offs to qualify for their first ever Copa America. Who they will face will depend on the outcome of the Mexico-Honduras tie.

Mexico scored in the 11th minute of second half injury time to tie the aggregate score at 2-2! We are going to extra time!

CONCACAF doing CONCACAF things for their own (and CONMEBOL’s) bank account.... :grin1:

They won't meet in the Copa America play-offs as they should be the top two teams according to the CONCACAF ranking among the four QF losers.

If Mexico lose: Mexico (1) vs T&T (4), Canada (2) vs Costa Rica (3)
If Honduras lose: Canada (1) vs T&T (4), Costa Rica (2) vs Honduras (3)

Honduras down to 10 after a red card in the 115th minute, still 2-2 on aggregate.

You are correct, I misunderstood the system.
